Conference Registration Special Note: There are different deadlines for registration and hotel reservation. The deadline for early payment is April 30, 2006. After this date, registration will increase by $100.00. Payment must be postmarked by early registration date to receive discount. Late registration is available from May 1, 2006 through July 31, 2006. After July 31, 2006 late registration will be closed and only onsite registrations will be accepted. Registration fees will cover the costs that cannot be covered by the HIV/AIDS Bureau such as meals, breaks, and other conference materials. Make checks payable to "Professional and Scientific Associates" Early Registration through April 30, 2006 $400.00 per person Late Registration May 1, 2006 through July 31, 2006 $500.00 per person Onsite Registration $600 per person One Day Pass $150.00 per person Cancellations must be received in writing prior to July 16 to receive a full registration refund, less a $25 processing fee. Any cancellations received after the July 16 deadline will not be honored.
