Welcome to the Team PSA page for the HHS Event Management Contract!
Team PSA is pleased and proud to be able to provide comprehensive logistics support to all agencies and divisions of HHS. Through a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contract, Team PSA will provide all manner of logistical and event management support to HHS agencies across the Nation. These services will include travel and hotel accommodations; vendor negotiation and management; database and IT support; training; publications and communications; graphic design and editorial support; audiovisual equipment provision; and planning and management of meetings and events of all types and sizes.
All HHS operating divisions (OPDIVs) will be able to contract with Team PSA directly for conference and meeting support services, as well as training activities, thereby streamlining the current award system, speeding up service, reducing costs, and leveraging existing relationships. This contract continues the Strategic Sourcing initiative enacted by HHS to reduce operational costs, provide enhanced service levels, and drive efficiencies across the Department.
