Welcome to the Team PSA page for the CDC International Travel, Conference and Logistical Support Services Contract!
Contract #200-2005-13371
Now open to all CDC Coordinating Centers and Federal Agencies supporting the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)
This is the new Web location for accessing information and Task Order Request Forms to arrange meetings, conferences, and travel support for any effort, with one or more international travelers, related to the work and research of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or Federal Agencies supporting the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR).
You can print, download, or complete an online Task Order Request Form here, or click on the link to the right.
Please call Team PSA for assistance with the form if you are a first-time user.
If you complete the order-request form online, a PDF file will be forwarded to you by e-mail immediately upon final submission as confirmation we have received it.
Once the form is completed, follow your Agency’s standard ordering procedures to process your requirements (for CDC this means using the CDC ICE ordering system). The completed Task Order Request Form should be sent as an attachment with your CDC ICE order request and/or other Agency ordering requirements. Your Contract Officer will then send the request to us for pricing. Once approved, Team PSA will be ready to go to work!
