Standard Policies for Virtual e-Poster Exhibition
|
The HRD Joint Annual Meeting features the 2005 Virtual e-Poster Exhibit. Grantees are encouraged to submit virtual posters, five page maximum, via the meeting website. Submit electronic files (3 megabytes total) in the following formats, Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. The deadline for submitting posters is April 1, 2005.
During the meeting four virtual exhibit stations will be available for participants to view the posters. Authors of posters may select and discuss their posters within a small group. In addition, a limited number of stations will be available to access project websites. There will also be posters available for viewing via the meeting website one week prior to the start of the meeting and for as long as one month after the meeting. Grantee participants can select a time block during the meeting to discuss their posters using one of the four virtual exhibit stations.
NOTE: There will not be boards or space available for mounting posters or papers.
ATTENTION: If you are unprepared to upload your poster at this time, please access the meeting website and register. Grantees can upload posters at a later time by selecting 'e-Poster Submission' on the main page and enter your Registration ID. Files larger than 3 megabytes in size may be difficult to view over the Internet and during the virtual poster session.
