INTRODUCTION
The NNOHA Conference Planning Committee invites proposals for presentations/posters at the 2008 National Primary Oral Health Conference (NPOHC). The purpose of the call for abstracts is to collect descriptive applications that identify, showcase and promote the replication of innovative and successful primary oral health care programs and management strategies. By fostering the spread of solutions that are effective and successful in community oriented primary care programs, NNOHA & HRSA hope to achieve the common goal of increasing access to primary oral health care, and improving oral health status in underserved and vulnerable populations, through information sharing and technical assistance. Accepted applicants may have their presentations/posters included in NNOHA's resource library in print or video format for distribution. If an application is selected, one representative from the program will be asked to present the model/best practice at the NPOHC in Dallas, TX, between November 9-13, 2008. The presenter will receive free conference registration. Multiple applications per category may be selected to present.
CATEGORIES
Applicants are welcome to submit on any clinical or administrative topic related to Health Center dentistry, but special consideration will be given to clinical topics and best practices in electronic dental records.

- Speaker's name and credentials
- Program Title
- Program Objectives - List the outcomes that the audience should achieve by the end of the presentation or poster session.
- Program Abstract - In 200 words or less please provide a brief synopsis of your presentation describing the purpose, goals, the need your program addresses, and the results achieved.
- Electronic Presentations/Posters must be received by October 31, 2008.
